Caroline's 9 month well visit

Caroline had her 9 month well visit today and she is healthy as a horse...FINALLY! :)

The interesting facts were her stats. She has lost 2 1/2 pounds in the past two weeks! Dr. W felt that it was a combination of things, 1) that she had been sick for so long and 2) that she is much more active now with rolling and moving around which causes the "baby fat" to start dropping off. He said not to worry as long as she continued eating well and seemed content. The interesting fact is that she is now 1 pound lighter than Katherine was at this point. That seems really strange to me because she looks a lot bigger than I remember Katherine being, but my memory could be deceiving me! :)

All in all, I think Spring has sprung (finally) and I'm hoping that means we are back on the mend for good! :)

Here are Caroline's stats at 9 months:
Length: 28" (75th percentile)
Weight: 16 lbs. 8 oz. (10th percentile, down from 60th at 6 months)
Head Circumference: 17 1/2" (60th percentile)

Katherine's stats at 9 months:
Length: 27 3/4"
Weight: 17lbs. 5 oz.
Head Circumference: 17 1/2"

Pretty darn close if you ask me! :)
